Lollipop Signs (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates lollipopsigns.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
We collect what we need to process your orders, ship your products, and stay in touch with you about your purchases and our products. We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers described below.
What We Collect
When you place an order
Name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and payment information. Your payment card details are processed directly by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card number.
When you customize a product
Artwork files, design selections, and configuration choices you make through our product customizer. These are stored to produce your order and may be retained for reorder convenience.
When you request a quote or catalog
Name, email, company name, event details, and any information you provide in the form. We use this to prepare your quote or send your catalog.
Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which helps us tell real visitors from automated spam. On pages that carry a form, reCAPTCHA collects information about your device and how you use the page and sends it to Google. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that information.
When you browse the site
Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps). We use cookies to keep your shopping cart active and to remember your login session.
If you have ordered from us, sent us a form, or clicked a link in one of our emails, our email provider, Brevo, can connect your later visits to your contact record. See Cookies below.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process and ship your orders, communicate about order status and shipping updates, respond to your quotes and inquiries, send you news about our products, improve our products and website, and comply with legal obligations (tax records, business reporting).
We send occasional emails about our products to people who have ordered from us, asked us for a quote or a catalog, or subscribed at checkout. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and you can also opt out at any time by writing to info@lollipopsigns.com. We keep a record of your orders, your requests, and how you use our emails and our site, so that what we send you is relevant.
Product Photography
We may photograph finished products during production or prior to shipment for use on our website, social media, marketing materials, and portfolio. These photographs show the completed signage product only. They do not include any personal information, customer names, or identifying details unless your design contains such information.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that we may photograph your completed product for these purposes. If your design contains proprietary branding, logos, or confidential material that you do not want displayed publicly, let us know at the time of order and we will exclude your product from any marketing use.
Who We Share It With
We share your information only with the service providers who need it to fulfill your order or to run the services described in this policy. This includes payment processors to handle transactions, shipping carriers to deliver your products, software providers that support our website and product customization tools, and our email provider. These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their specific function and are bound by their own privacy policies.
Our email provider is Brevo. We use it for four things. It delivers our order confirmations and our replies to form requests. It holds our contact list and sends our product emails. It receives a copy of your contact details and your order information when you place an order. And it runs a script on our site that records which pages a known contact visits. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.
Where Your Information Is Stored
Our website is hosted in the United States, so the personal information you give us through the site is stored and processed there. Some of the service providers described in this policy may also process information in other countries. Information held in another country is subject to the laws of that country.
Cookies
We use cookies for site functions (shopping cart, login), for site analytics, and to measure how our emails and our advertising perform. Brevo sets a cookie that recognizes a returning contact.
We do not use your information to show you targeted advertising, and we do not share it with advertisers. Google sets a cookie on our site (_gcl_au) that we use to measure whether our own ads lead to orders and requests.
Our site analytics run on Google Analytics. If you are signed in to a Google account and have allowed it in your Google settings, Google may associate your visits to our site with that account. We use this for aggregate reports about who visits the site, not to advertise to you.
You can turn these off with the Deny button on our cookie banner. Once you choose Deny, from the next page you open we stop Brevo’s script and stop using cookies for analytics and for measuring our advertising. Google Analytics still counts the visit, without cookies. Cookies that were set before you chose Deny stay in your browser until you clear them.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat cookies for measuring our advertising as denied without your having to choose.
Data Retention
Order records are retained for tax and business record-keeping as required by Canadian law. Quote and catalog request data is retained for 24 months, then deleted unless you’ve become a customer. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights below) — we’ll delete everything we’re not legally required to retain.
Data Security
We protect your information with SSL encryption on all pages, secure payment processing through PCI-DSS compliant providers, regular security monitoring, and restricted access to customer data (only staff who need it to fulfill orders). No system is 100% secure. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements), withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time, and request a copy of your data in a portable format.

Children
Our products and services are not directed at anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. For significant changes, we’ll notify you by email if we have your address on file.
