What’s your turnaround time?
Your order arrives in-hand 7 days after your order and artwork are finalized (5 business days in the USA; 7–14 days internationally). Have artwork ready at least 2 business days before your production start date. Rush orders available with 3+ business days’ notice.

Where do I send my artwork?
Easiest: use the online designer during product selection. To send files directly, add your product to the cart, and there is a file upload at checkout. Alternatively, you may email your artwork to info@lollipopsigns.com.

Will you send me tracking?
Yes. Every order ships with a FedEx tracking number, emailed to you the moment your order leaves us.
