The job the venue never solves on its own
General-session rooms at big conferences are dark by design. Uplights on the stage, house lights down on the audience, a keynote deck bright enough to compete with. Several hundred people trying to find the seats their team is holding, walking down the wrong row for the third time.
Open Seat Signs are built for that job. Bright enough to read from the back of the room, light enough for one runner to hold or a tripod to plant at the row end. It is the same LED sign that runs stadium wayfinding, put to work on the one job the venue leaves to you.

Keynote / general-session seat holding
Executive teams filter into a dark auditorium after networking. Ushers guide them to their assigned block, which may be split by title, region, or business unit.

Sponsor recognition and VIP seating

Reserved-section identification
Front-row and reserved seating is held for accessibility, safety and VIP guests. Why LED for a dark room
Seat identification is the job LED signs were designed for: the moment ambient light fails.
Foam board and printed signs need the house lights up or a spotlight to be legible more than a few rows back, and keynote rooms rarely offer either. An LED sign carries its own light, so the back of the room reads it as well as the front.
